We offer no set up or design fee for first design, each additional design charge will incur a charge of $5. Return policy: All custom engraved products are not eligible for refund, a proof will be sent to you for approval within 24 hours(Monday-Friday weekends may add additional time). Any orders made without design instructions or image will be refunded after 48 hours.
