These pens work pest with simpler designs, complex designs or logos may lose clarity due to available surface area, please keep that in mind when ordering. We can add your company logo, your personal design or even design these for you. Please email us with your logo after purchase and any instructions. We offer no set up or design fee for first design, each additional design charge will incur a charge of $5.

Return policy: All custom engraved products are not eligible for refund, a proof will be sent to you for approval within 24 hours(Monday-Friday weekends may add additional time). Any orders made without design instructions or image will be refunded after 48 hours.
